A Testing Centric Approach
Our redesign of Delta's shopping experience was driven by a rigorous, testing-centric approach. We evaluated various interaction models to optimize for seamless comparison and intuitive browsability. Each design iteration underwent usability testing, specifically scrutinizing entry points and the clarity of key product information. This iterative process allowed us to directly assess user preferences, ensuring the final design excelled in comprehension, usability, and the ease of decision-making.
